Ramada Resort - Phillip Island is situated on Phillip Island Road approximately 2.5 kilometers from Cowes. The Resort offers the perfect base to explore the Islands' many attractions and beaches. Situated amongst 65 acres of natural bush land, it features both an abundance of native flora and fauna, plus an array of resort facilities.

COTTAGE SERVICING: Please note that all our Cottages are cleaned upon guest departure only. If you are staying 8 nights or longer, you will receive a complimentary 'Mid Stay Housekeeping Service'. This service includes removal of rubbish, change of bed & bathroom linen, refresh of bathrooms and replenishment amenities. If during your stay you require additional housekeeping services, including towel & linen change these services can be arranged with reception at an additional cost.
GUEST AMENITIES - STARTER PACK: Upon arrival you will find in your cottage a complimentary Guest Amenities Pack for your use. This 'Starter Pack' will include a small supply of Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Salt & Pepper and UHT Milk, as well as complimentary Soap, shampoo and toilet paper. These amenities are provided simply to get you 'started' on your stay, replenishments/ replacements of these items are available from reception.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME: Check-in is from 2pm. Should you arrive prior to this time we are happy to make the resort facilities available to you until your accommodation is ready for occupancy. Our checkout time is 10am. Reception hours are 7am to 8pm Saturday - Thursday, 7am to 9pm Friday. If you are arriving outside of scheduled receptions hours, please contact us for the late check-in procedure.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
BOOKING CONFIRMATION DEPOSITS: Please be advised that all accommodation bookings made direct with the resort will require a full pre payment to secure the booking. Online bookings are to be paid up on check in unless otherwise stated on the website.
PAYMENT: Upon arrival at the resort you will be required to settle the balance of your accommodation costs prior to receiving the keys to your accommodation. Credit card charges will incur a 0.90% surcharge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation of $100.00 on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a cash deposit of $100.00 will be required. Please note the pre-authorisation will hold these funds for up to 7-10 working days and will be released automatically by your nominated banking institution.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
Cancellation Policy - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival, in the case of a No Show and mid-stay check outs the same conditions apply.
